This past summer Logan had the pleasure of working as a Project Engineer Intern at Duke Realty Corporation, an industrial Real Estate Investment Trust. With Duke Realty, I had the pleasure of working with both the preconstruction and project management teams, executing quantity takeoffs and processing crucial project paperwork such as submittals and change orders. Before that, he also interned at Benchmark Construction Company, where he worked on a combined heat and power plant for Lancaster General Health. Logan started at Benchmark as a field laborer, gaining valuable insight to the daily field operations that make a construction site run smoothly.

In his free time Logan enjoys going to the gym, cooking homemade meals, and watching college football games. Logan hopes to continue his professional and academic development in both the construction and real estate industries. He is looking to pursue an alternative career path and obtain a master’s degree in a field he is passionate about. Logan’s career goal is to accumulate enough education and experience to be able to play a significant role in large projects in the construction and real estate industries.
